Information is used only to respond to inquiries, book demos, provide agreed services, keep systems secure, and meet legal obligations. Customer content is processed only for the customer's requested workflow.

Walter is designed to support GDPR-compliant processing and operates with controls aligned to ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Our GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 programs are engaged and pending completion.

We use practical technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and confidentiality obligations for people who support the service.

Demo and contact details are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Customer content is deleted or returned after the agreed workflow unless the customer asks us to retain it or a contract requires otherwise.

7. Subprocessors
